Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Salt
- 2 Tbs. Celery Seed
- 2 Tbs. Cumin Powder
- 2 Tbs. Cayenne Pepper (More or less to control spice)
- 2 Tbs. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbs. Chili Powder
- 2 Qts. Ketchup
- 2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Liquid Smoke
- 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice

Directions
- Mix together all dry ingredients.In a very large bowl mix together all liquid ingredients, then fold in the dry spices.Keep refrigerated, but best served warm.
