  • 6 Medium ‏Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1-2 Cups ‏Cubed Ham
  • 1/4 Cup ‏Chopped Onion
  • 4 Tbsp. ‏Margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. ‏Flour
  • 1 tsp. ‏Salt
  • Dash ‏Pepper

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add flour and mix well. Add salt and pepper. Then add 3 more cups of milk to make sauce. Boil 2 minutes. Put layer of potatoes in casserole dish, then add a layer of ham and onions. Spread with half of the sauce. Repeat layers and sauce. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°. Uncover and bake 15 or more minutes until done.
