Pumpkin Bundt Cake

  • 1 Package ‏Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 small package ‏Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 3 ‏Eggs
  • 1 Cup ‏Canned Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Cup ‏Salad Oil
  • 1/2 Cup ‏Water
  • 1 tsp. ‏Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup ‏Pecans
  • 1/4 Cup ‏Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp. ‏Milk

Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange pecans in a greased bundt pan. Mix ingredients at medium speed in mixer for 5 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake 45-50 minutes. When cool, glaze with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp. milk.
