Ingredients
- 1 Cup Shortening
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2 1/2 - 3 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Thoroughly cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter.
- Sift dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture.
- Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with back of floured fork in crisscross design.
- Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes
