Matt’s Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ‏Italian Sausage
  • 1/2 ‏Onion (sliced)
  • 2 Cloves ‏Garlic
  • 48 oz. Can ‏Tomato Sauce
  • 24 oz. ‏Tomato Paste
  • Handful ‏Basil
  • Handful ‏Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. ‏Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ‏Salt
  • 3 Cups ‏Water
  • 4 oz. ‏Grated Romano

Brown sausage (out of casings)–drain. Add onion and garlic till brown–drain again. Add everything else. Add water slowly. May need to add more water after 1 hour of simmering. Add grated Romano cheese. Pour over spaghetti. Really good the second day.
