Ingredients
- 1 Can Frozen Lemonade (also may use any citrus based juice, or even raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing)
- 2 Cups Gates Barbecue Sauce (Or another KC style sauce - just don't use KC Masterpiece or any other sweet style sauce, it will ruin it)
- 2 lbs. Pork Chops (also works great with Pork Ribs)
Mix lemonade, barbecue sauce, and any other seasonings. Place in bag with meat overnight (at least four hours, 24 hours is best though) in fridge. Grill at about 75% heat. Do not ue a fork to turn it, you’ll lose the juice. Reserve marinade to brush on meat during the first half of grilling (don’t do it after they are half done or you will die of e-coli). If you really want to make them look good, flip a total of three times, to ensure crisscross marks. (and grilling tip … anytime you grill meat that has a sauce on it, rub the grate with oil before you put the meat on in order to put great char marks on it and also keep it from sticking)
