Crust
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks Margarine, cut into pieces
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Egg, beaten lightly
- Blend flour, sugar, butter and salt together till course meal.
- Add eggs. Blend until dough is formed.
- Press into buttered 13×9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes till light brown.

- Cream margarine and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
- Beat in flour, vanilla and salt.
- Stir in pecans and chips.
- Spread over crust. Bake at 350° for 30 – 35 minutes, until top is golden brown.
