Ingredients
- 2 lb. Bag Frozen Hash Browns
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 Medium Onion, diced
- 12 oz. Bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mix all together, add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° 1 – 1 1/2 hours.
