Ingredients
- 8 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- Pinch Salt
- 1 Quart Milk
- Nutmeg
Beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place custard cups or casserole dish in pan of hot water. Bake at 300° until knife comes out clean.
