One Dish Chicken and Rice Bake

In a 2 quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika, and pepper. Place chicken on the rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika. Cover and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until done.
Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Preheat oven to 400°. In deep 9 or 10 inch pie plate, mix soup, vegetables, and chicken. Mix milk, egg, and Bisquick. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden.
Swedish Cabbage Rolls

Immerse cabbage leaves in large kettle of boiling water for about 3 minutes or until limp. Drain. In seprate bowl, combine egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, beef, and cooked rice.
Place about 1/4 cup of meat mixture in center of each leaf. Gold in sides and roll ends over meat. Place in crock pot. Combine tomato sauce with brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls. Cover and cook in crock pot on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Brunch Eggs

Fry sausage. Drain and cool. Put bread cubes in greased 9×13-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients with sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° uncovered for one hour.
Waffles

Additional Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 1 3/4 Cups Milk
- 4 Tbsp. Shortening (melted) or Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Add yolks of two eggs, 1 3/4 cup milk, and 4 tbsp. melted shortening or oil. Mix until smooth. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff and fold in to the batter.
Griddle Cakes (Pancakes)

Mix dry ingredients together. Add rest of wet ingredients, plus 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix until smooth. Make sure griddle is hot. Test by dropping a few drops of water on it. If the griddle sizzles, it is ready. Spoon or pour batter onto the griddle, when batter bubbles, turn and brown the other side. Makes a thick pancake. If a thinner pancake is desired, add another 1/4 cup milk.
Cornmeal Mush & Milk Gravy

Add cornmeal and salt to boiling water and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and continue cook for 15 minutes. Pour into sprayed loaf pan and cover. Let sit overnight. Slice into 1/4 inch slices. Dip in flour and brown on both sides. Serve with syrup or milk gravy.
Milk Gravy
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Cups Milk
- Salt & Pepper
Melt two or more tbsp. margarine. Add 2 tbsp. flour. Mix well. Add 1 or 2 cups milk as needed. Boil until thickness desired is achieved. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Crunchy Oven French Toast

Great 15x10x1-inch baking pan. In shallow bowl, combine eggs, half and half, sugar, vanilla and salt; mix well. Place crushed cereal in shallow bowl. Dip bread in egg mixture, making sure all egg mixture is absorbed. Dip bread into crumbs. Place in greased pan; cover. Freeze 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
Heat oven to 425°. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Serve with fresh strawberries and strawberry syrup or maple syrup.
Crepes

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth.
For each crepe lightly butter 8″ skillet. Heat over medium heat until butter is bubbly. Pour scant 1/4 cup batter into skillet. Immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom. Cook until light brown.
Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients until moistened. Let rest 20-30 minutes before cooking.
