10-Minute Meal

Drive to nearest fast food Mecca. Enter drive-thru late of Burger King. At window order one whopper. Pay cashier. Enter drive-thru late of McDonalds. Order on large order of French fries. Pay cashier. Drive to nearest Qik Stop. Enter building and fill up large cup with French vanilla cappuccino. Pay cashier. Drive home and enjoy.
Lemon BBQ Pork Chops

Mix lemonade, barbecue sauce, and any other seasonings. Place in bag with meat overnight (at least four hours, 24 hours is best though) in fridge. Grill at about 75% heat. Do not ue a fork to turn it, you’ll lose the juice. Reserve marinade to brush on meat during the first half of grilling (don’t do it after they are half done or you will die of e-coli). If you really want to make them look good, flip a total of three times, to ensure crisscross marks. (and grilling tip … anytime you grill meat that has a sauce on it, rub the grate with oil before you put the meat on in order to put great char marks on it and also keep it from sticking)
Lasagna

Heat oven to 350°. Brown beef and onion in oil. Add soup and next seven ingredients, simmer stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Combine ricotta cheese and egg. In 12x7x2-inch baking dish spoon 1/3 of meat, half noodles, and then layer ricotta cheese and egg mixture, then mozzarella, and then parmesan. Repeat layer in that order. Can be doubled or even tripled. Bake 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Pepperoni Squares

Grease rectangle baking pan. Unroll 1-pkg crescent rolls. Press dough into pan smooth. Make a layer of salami, then pepperoni and finally provolone cheese. Mix together 4 eggs and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, then pour over top of meat and cheese layer. Add another layer salami, pepperoni and cheese. Put remaining pkg. of crescent rolls on top and make smooth. Beat remaining egg, pour over top of crescent roll, cover and bake 400° for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
Impossible Taco Pie

Heat oven to 400°. Lightly grease 10″ pie pan. Cook and stir ground beef in skillet until beef is brown, drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 35 minutes. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is golden brown and when an inserted knife comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool five minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce, if desired.
Matt’s Spaghetti

Brown sausage (out of casings)–drain. Add onion and garlic till brown–drain again. Add everything else. Add water slowly. May need to add more water after 1 hour of simmering. Add grated Romano cheese. Pour over spaghetti. Really good the second day.
No Peek Chicken

Mix uncooked rice, both cans of soup, and water. Pour into 9×13-inch pan. Place the chicken breasts on top. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and place in 350° oven for 2 hours. DON’T PEEK until the two hours are up.
Pinwheels

Roll hamburger into round circle with rolling pin. Spread mashed potatoes on top. Sprinkle with corn or peas. Roll into log and cut into 1 1/2 inch slices. Broil in oven, roughly five minutes on each side.
Parmesan Chicken

Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and spices in a bowl. Dip chicken in melted butter then in crumbs mixture. Place in greased baking pan. Pour remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 325° for 1 hour uncovered.
