Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Salt
- 2 tbs. Paprika
- 2 tbs. Red Pepper
- 1 tbs. Ground Cumin
- 1 tbs. Ground Celery
Mix it up.
When ready to grill (or smoke, if you’re doing real BBQ), rub on the meat generously and let sit for 15 minutes before cooking.
